Important Announcement: Our Gorham Location Is Now Closed

We would like to share an important update with our clients. As of August 6, our Gorham location has permanently closed.

This was not an easy decision, but it was made with the goal of strengthening the care we provide to our patients. By consolidating services at our main hospital, we are able to offer expanded veterinary care, greater appointment availability, and a more seamless experience for you and your pets.

Continuing Your Pet's Care

Your Pet's Medical Records

There is no need to request a transfer of your pet's medical records if you plan to continue care with us. All records have already been securely transferred to North Country Animal Hospital, allowing for a seamless continuation of your pet's care.

If you have chosen to establish care with another veterinary hospital, you may request your pet's complete medical records by emailing NCAH@yourvetdoc.com. Electronic copies are typically provided within 3–5 business days. Printed records can also be requested and may require additional processing time.

Prescriptions and Ongoing Care

Prescription refills and ongoing treatments will continue to be managed through North Country Animal Hospital. You may continue to order your pet's medication and prescription food refills through our online pharmacy. Please contact our team if you need assistance with medications or your pet's treatment plan.

For Emergency and Urgent Care Needs

If your pet requires emergency or urgent care outside of business hours, please refer to the emergency providers listed on our website. For urgent care or emergencies during business hours, please contact our main location.
